Why Empoxy

Prep is the product

Why not a DIY kit?

Written warranty

Every residential floor is covered against peeling and hot-tire pickup for [WARRANTY TERM]. Commercial terms depend on the system and use.

Easy to live with

Oil, salt and spills wipe up. Sweep and damp-mop with a neutral cleaner. No waxing, no sealing every year.

The process

How your floor gets built

Most coating failures come from skipped prep. Here is every step we take, in order, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

    Day 1 · first hour
  3. Smooth gray concrete floor in a parking structure
    03

    Diamond grinding

Planetary grinders with HEPA dust extraction open the concrete to a CSP 2–3 profile so the coating bonds into it.

    Day 1 · 2–3 hrs
  4. Hairline crack in a concrete slab
    04

    Crack & spall repair

Cracks are chased and filled with flexible polyurea or epoxy mortar, then ground flush so they disappear.
